Rochdale contracts extended to 31 March 2020

We are delighted to announce that Rochdale Borough Council have recently extended our three Adult Care funded contracts until 31 March 2020.

The three contracts all work with vulnerable adults who are either homeless or in inappropriate or insecure accommodation.

The Complex Needs Service is for single homeless people aged 18 and over in need of both housing-related support and high-level complex needs support. The service consists of 16 self-contained fully furnished flats in a grouped accommodation setting at Redfearn House plus 15 independent fully-furnished properties dispersed within the community

The Male Only Service is for single homeless males aged 18 and over who need housing-related support. The service consists of 13 self-contained fully furnished flats in a grouped accommodation setting at Ashburn House plus 15 independent fully-furnished properties dispersed within the community.

The Generic Floating Support Service assists people aged 18 and over who are insecurely housed to obtain accommodation and manage their own tenancies to become more independent.
