David Berry

Trustee

David has served on the Board of Trustees since 2007 and is a member of the Finance and Remuneration Sub-Committee.

He has an extensive skill base in human resource management with a career spanning over 35 years. David has held positions in the private, public and charity sectors, with over 20 years' experience of operating at a strategic and executive level.

David recently completed a six-year term of office as a non-executive director of a North-West based housing association where he was a full board member, Chair of its People & Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Governance Committee. Prior to standing down, he was a founding board member of both its Charitable Foundation and Grants Panel and a newly created limited company established to develop and manage the strategic commercial affairs of the parent company.

David is professionally qualified and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD).
