Ben Courtney

Director of Operations

Ben is responsible for providing leadership to the operational management team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to all of our customers.

Prior to his current role, Ben was one of our operations managers, responsible for managing our four adult supported accommodation services in Rochdale.

Ben started at Stepping Stone Projects as a part-time temporary probation resettlement worker back in 2001. By 2006, he had made his way up to service manager after successful roles as a floating support worker and a team leader.
